Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your Lembria account, your medications and your dose history at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Lembria and sign in.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) and scroll to “Danger zone”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm. Your account and every piece of data linked to it — medications, reminders and dose history — are permanently erased from our servers.
Can’t access the app?
E-mail us from the address you used to sign up and we will delete the account for you within a few days: [email protected]
What is deleted: your account (e-mail), all medications, reminder settings and dose history. Purchase records are kept by Apple/Google under their own policies; anonymous usage statistics are not linked to you.
